Dukes & Dragons Contest + New Round
(27.08.2007, 14:53:33) 15 new islands have been created for the Island Finding Contest! There will be exciting prizes for the 2 players that can find the most islands.
The
IDD world is a 25 x 25 grid. There are 199 total islands, with 35 of
them hidden. We are looking for a speadsheet with each island name and
it's X and Y coordinate. Only visible islands need to be plotted, but
extra points will be given for plotting hidden islands. You can get a
view of the map in the Wise Oracle section - this will help with
plotting. At the end of the round, send in your responses to
kyrakin@dukesanddragons.com
Explore new lands and gather an
allegiance of followers that will fight to the death for you. Build a
massive empire full of cathedrals, castles, ships, knights, magic and
much more. Choose what race you will, for each has it’s own unique
qualities. But beware, and watch your borders because vicious dragons
lurk around every corner and warfare is often a way of life. Forge
alliances where you may, but even the strongest of alliances can
crumble in the race for power. Only the strongest Dukes will endure the
tests of strength, endurance, and time. Only one shall rise to be
seated at the King’s Table, at the right hand of the all-powerful King
himself!
