Recently, PKVE Entertainment Inc. announced that it has reached definitive acquisition terms with Ray Flame Entertainment, a leading web game publisher.

Headquartered in City of Industry, CA, Ray Flame Entertainment operates and publishes one of the most popular browser based flash MMO games: Lords of Evil. The company currently has 150,000 registered users worldwide. The technology Ray Flame Entertainment implements on its game provide more interactive features to the users as well as more strategic skills.

Headquartered in Beijing, China, PKVE Entertainment is another publisher of browser games. It currently has about 150,000 registered users and two titles: The Legacy of Holy Castle (In Open Beta) and Banish Land (In Open Beta).

Upon the acquisition and successful integration of platform and services, PKVE platform and its two games will be migrated to Webmmo.com on Dec. 20, the official game platform of Ray Flame Entertainment. All players from each platform except the 17,000 users with same account names can continue to play all the three games in the new platform with their original game passports and will have more games to play. The acquisition will increase the total user base of Ray Flame from 150,000 registered users to 350,000 registered users, and it will successfully enable Ray Flame to address broader user needs.

From 00:00 to 23:59 on Dec. 20, PKVE platform and its two games will be migrated to Webmmo.com. All servers of the three games will be closed during that period for data migration, and platform integration. The server close will last for about 24 hours.

For all users from PKVE, we will give a certain amount of Flame Points(FP) as a reward.
