Tribal Wars 6.0 released - mobile version also available

(25.02.2010, 10:37:53) InnoGames has today launched Tribal Wars 6.0 for the English version. The big update has gone live together with two new worlds for the browser based online game. With this, the software company offers many new features for the Tribal wars community. Furthermore, they have introduced a mobile version compatible with most current phones like iPhones and android mobiles.

One of the most relevant changes is the new army camp. It will increase the need for team play in the game as they cannot be built by a single player but only by whole tribes. They work as basic camps for successful campaigns and can be defended by the troops of the whole tribe.


“Tribal Wars is still the foundation of our company success. We have developed new features for the game for 7 years now and we aim to fascinate players over the next years as well”, Hendrik Klindworth, InnoGames CEO reveals. He says, 6.0 is the biggest tribal wars update for this year and was in development for several months. “Although we want to publish several new games in the future, Tribal Wars will remain a high priority issue for us”, Mr Klindworth promises.



Further important changes are the noble planner which can be used by single players and tribes to plan their further expansion and a special mobile version. That mobile version should work on most of the current phones that can deal with Java script. The users simply log into the game with their mobile browser on www.tribalwars.net, they do not have to buy or install a special application for this.
